Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. (degree in chemical)
• Experience: 7+ years in chemical, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments. (experience, 7 years)
• Strong experience with CapEx project execution and lifecycle management. (experience)
• Hands-on experience with PSM programs and PHA methodologies (e.g., HAZOP, What-If). (experience)
• Proficiency in statistical/data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP). (experience)
• Solid background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma with demonstrated impact. (experience)
• Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in root cause analysis and CAPA. (experience)
• Effective communicator with ability to translate technical concepts across functions. (experience)
• Proven ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and manage competing priorities. (experience)
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. (experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot complex process issues with production teams to minimize downtime and improve stability.
• Design and implement robust manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (operations, maintenance, engineering) to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process control strategies to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Apply Process Safety Management (PSM) principles and lead/participate in Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) (e.g., HAZOP) to identify and mitigate risks.
• Lead and support capital projects (CapEx) from scope definition through execution (URS, design, vendor selection, FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Build business cases and ROI analyses to justify capital investments aligned with site and network strategy.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring alignment with governance and stakeholder expectations.
• Support equipment specification, procurement, installation, and qualification to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive automation and data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve flow, and lower costs.
• Communicate performance, risks, and project updates clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
