In this role, you will specialize in Gas Chromatography and Gas Chromatography Mass Spec.Key Responsibilities:Conduct instrument demonstrations, workflow presentations, proof-of-concept studies, and sample evaluations at customer sites or Customer Experience Centers.Collaborate with customers to develop, optimize, and validate GC/ GCMS methods for quantitative and qualitative analyses.Troubleshoot complex application, workflow, and data analysis challenges, working closely with Service Engineers and Technical Support teams when required.Partner closely with Sales Specialists and Account Managers throughout the sales cycle to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate GC/ GCMS solutions.Provide scientific expertise during customer meetings, technical discussions, and proposal development to strengthen solution positioning and improve opportunity conversion.REQUIREMENTSHow you will get here:Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemistry or equivalentTechnical knowledge and hands-on expertise in GC/ GCMS including sample preparation and associated workflows. Minimum 5 years or more work experience using GC/ GCMSExperience with quantitative GC/ GCMS workflows would be added advantageStrong analytical and strategic planning capabilitiesDemonstrated success in technical activities i.e coordinating issue resolution, ensuring customer success and long-term account growth.Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical conceptsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environmentDemonstrated project management and organizational skillsTravel requirements of 25-50% within assigned territoryProficiency in English required, additional languages valued
