You'll serve as a scientific advisor, helping customers optimize their workflows and maximize the value of their investments while contributing to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Location:This is a remote role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position. A Day in the Life:Provide technical support and training for the Olink proteomics product portfolioCollaborate with sales teams and customers to deliver product demonstrations and applications support and training that enables research and innovationDeliver both pre- and post-sales technical expertise across multiple technology platformsDevelop new applications and troubleshoot complex technical issuesBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersPartner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, R&D, and product management teams to ensure customer success and drive business growth through technical excellence Keys to Success:EducationBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biology, Immunology, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; Advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experienceExperience, Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesDemonstrated expertise in method development and technical problem-solvingClear written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiencesStrong presentation and training capabilities for both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a results-oriented environmentExperience in project management and ability to handle multiple prioritiesCustomer service orientation and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external customersWillingness to travel up to 50%Other:Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the futureMust be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screenCompensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in California is $90,900.00–$130,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
