The focus of this role is the installation, preventive maintenance, instrument qualification, and troubleshooting of chromatographic (HPLC / IC) devices.A Day in the Life:Collaborate with colleagues in the customer care center to efficiently schedule service visits and exceed customer expectations. Install chromatography products, demonstrate instrument specifications, and provide customer familiarization training. Perform preventive maintenance, qualifications, troubleshooting, and failure analysis while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
