Working with customers across research, industrial, and healthcare settings, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers opportunities to work with advanced technology while contributing to scientific advancement and innovation.Requirements:Advanced Degree, with no prior experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of hands-on technical experience installing, troubleshooting and repairing complex analytical instruments.Preferred experience in Ion Chromatography and HPLC.Preferred Fields of Study: Electronics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical fieldAdditional relevant certifications are advantageousStrong electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skillsExperience with ultra-high vacuum systems and high voltage equipment preferredExcellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational and time management capabilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office suite and service management softwareAbility to read and interpret technical documentation and schematicsValid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50-75% within assigned territoryPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various laboratory environmentsProficiency in English required; additional languages beneficialStrong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independentlyAdherence to safety protocols and quality standardsAbility to respond to customer needs with short noticeAbility to effectively train and support customers on equipment operationExperience documenting service activities and preparing detailed reportsDemonstrated success in meeting customer satisfaction goalsCompensation and BenefitsThe hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $28.85–$51.92.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
