In this role, you'll represent our company, delivering exceptional technical service while building strong relationships with customers who are advancing critical research and innovation. You'll install, maintain, and repair chromatography systems including HPLC, IRMS and LC-MS instruments, you'll combine technical expertise with customer service skills to solve complex problems and help our customers achieve breakthrough discoveries that make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering with prior Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing sophisticated analytical instruments preferredExperience with chromatography systems (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, UHPLC) strongly preferredStrong electronics and mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose issues down to component levelExcellent customer service skills and professional demeanorStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesDemonstrated problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinkingProficiency with Windows operating systems, MS Office.Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50-75%Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsAvailability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency service callsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectivelyCollaborative mindset with ability to work independently

Required Qualifications

  • Strong electronics and mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose issues down to component level (experience)

  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking (experience)
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems, MS Office. (experience)
