As a Field Service Engineer III, you will provide expert installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, qualification, and technical support for HPLC, LC-MS, GC and GC-MS systems. Working with cutting-edge analytical instrumentation, you will support customers across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, environmental, food safety, academic, and industrial laboratories.In this role, you will perform instrument installation and commissioning, preventive maintenance, hardware and software troubleshooting, repairs, and system qualification (IQ/OQ). You will collaborate closely with customers to maximize instrument performance and uptime while delivering outstanding technical support and customer satisfaction. You will also provide user training, technical guidance, and application-related support to help customers achieve their analytical objectives.
