We are looking for an ambitious and proven finance professional who demonstrates a strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:Manage financially a portfolio of clinical studies.Liaise with multiple Project Managers and interdepartmental counterparts for the shared projects.Attend monthly project review calls to report values and make recommendations for addressing customer or partner concerns.Perform detailed analysis of budget-to-actual and forecast data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Recognize monthly revenue and conduct regular cost analysis to maintain financial health.Report to a gross profit level and update key reconciliations to ensure accuracy.Perform regular profitability analysis and maintain cash flow throughout the project's life. Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Outstanding written and oral communication skills.Solid analytical and quantitative skills and ability to handle data effectively.Strong organizational and project administration skills.Ability to prioritize and to meet multiple deadlines.Ability to work in a team and to work using own initiative with minimal direct supervision.Ability to adapt quickly to systems and processes.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data.Good understanding of accounting/financial principles and regulations/legal requirements.
