This is an excellent opportunity to grow your leadership capabilities as you lead a finance team and partner with the ICSP BU VP/GM / Site / Ops Leaders. This role will own the financial planning and analytics while developing your skills in team leadership and strategic decision-making. In addition, you will provide valuable decision support, identify and implement operational improvement opportunities, and build and develop an outstanding finance team!What you will do:Lead AOP / QBR / STRAP/ MBR, in a matrixed financial forecastMonitor and analyze financials, including leading monthly and quarterly reporting (revenue, gross margin, OPEX, KPI's, CAPEX)Lead data analysis for the business, using complex data and problem solvingAnalyze financial and business performance against key business metrics and identify pertinent financial highlights, enabling understanding of progress against strategic business plansUnderstands and deploys the best tools / methods to effectively communicate complex data and topicsDevelops high quality effective presentations (i.e. engaging, motivating, concise, well-prep)Identify, communicate, and lead risk & opportunitiesBuild and develop a high performing teamREQUIREMENTSHow you will get here:RequirementsAdvanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in finance, with demonstrated expertise in financial planning & analysis, reporting and business partneringKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesAn ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and strong finance skillsProven understanding of Excel (i.e., financial models and analysis), Navision ERP (or equivalent), PowerPoint, and Hyperion is preferredProficient verbal and written communication skillsProven business partner and influencerTravel requirementsLess than 10% domestic/international travel requiredCompensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in California is $112,500.00–$168,750.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Required Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in finance, with demonstrated expertise in financial planning & analysis, reporting and business partnering (experience, 6 years)
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (experience)
  • An ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and strong finance skills (experience)
  • Proven understanding of Excel (i.e., financial models and analysis), Navision ERP (or equivalent), PowerPoint, and Hyperion is preferred (experience)
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills (experience)
  • Proven business partner and influencer (experience)
  • Less than 10% domestic/international travel required (experience)
