The role records deviations in the TrackWise system and supports investigations. The incumbent ensures compliance with SOPs, GCP, cGMP, and safety requirements and monitors documentation practices within the eDMS.ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with SOPs, GxP guidelines, and internal/external safety regulationsReceive goods, post goods receipts in GPMS, and hand over shipments to freight carriersPerform high-bay warehouse picking activities and related WMS transactionsPhysically store materials and perform GPMS/WMS postingsExecute required material movements, including transfers to external storage locationsOperate machinery and equipment used for material handlingConduct inventory countsClean facilities, machinery, and equipment according to instructionsSupport other departments as directed by supervisorsMinimum QualificationsCompleted vocational training in logisticsAt least two years of experience in industry or logisticsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods and move heavier materialsVery good German language skills, written and spokenStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently under pressure in a multicultural environmentAbility to meet deadlines and prioritize tasksStrong teamwork skills and resilience under stressReliable, accurate, and efficient working styleProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)Preferred QualificationsSeveral years of experience in a regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical or food industry)Forklift licenseClass B driving licenseEnglish language skills, written and spokenThis job description does not include all duties and responsibilities. Er erfasst Abweichungen im TrackWise-System und unterstützt Untersuchungen. Responsibilities
