In this high-impact role based in Morrisville, NC (four days per week onsite), you'll partner with a dynamic Regional HR Team to deliver comprehensive HR solutions that drive business results. You'll leverage your expertise to shape our culture built on our 4i values—Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement—while developing and executing people strategies that enable our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.REQUIREMENTSResponsibilities:Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, developing and executing HR strategies that attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent across the US and CanadaProvide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and talent strategies that align with business objectivesLead key annual initiatives including performance reviews, calibration activities, Employee Involvement Survey (EIS), and performance improvement processesChampion organizational change and transformation efforts, ensuring seamless execution of complex HR initiativesLeverage AI tools and digital solutions to deliver innovative, streamlined, and high-value HR servicesCollaborate across functions and participate in cross-regional team initiatives to drive continuous improvementRequired Knowledge & Experience:Proven expertise in performance management, employee relations, compensation, organizational development, and change managementStrong knowledge of US and Canada employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory complianceExperience in the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) industry and Clinical Operations preferredExceptional consulting and coaching skills with ability to influence and build trust at all organizational levelsData-driven decision maker with strong analytical capabilities and business acumenSkilled project manager capable of coordinating multiple complex initiatives simultaneouslyExcellent communicator with strong presentation abilities and interpersonal skillsProficient with HRIS systems (Workday required) and ServiceNow ticketing systemsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environmentStrategic mindset with demonstrated problem-solving abilitiesEducation:Advanced degree plus six (6) years of relevant HR experience, or bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a global matrixed organizationPreferred fields of study: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplineProfessional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) highly desirableFluent in English required; additional language skills valuedMust be based in or willing to relocate to the Morrisville, NC area with ability to travel as neededNo relocation assistance provided at this time

Required Qualifications
