Your contributions will support the organization as you help develop teams, cultivate leadership capabilities, and create an engaging culture grounded in our 4i values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.REQUIREMENTS:6 -8 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of comprehensive HR experience, with demonstrated success as an HR Business Partner in a global environmentPreferred Fields of Study: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fieldFluent in EnglishStrong business understanding with ability to translate strategy into actionable HR initiativesExperience in organizational design, change management, and talent developmentAdvanced knowledge of HR practices including performance management, compensation, employee relations, and talent acquisitionStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilitiesDemonstrated project management and implementation skillsEffective consultation and collaboration abilities at all organizational levelsClear verbal and written communication skillsExperience working effectively in a matrix organizationStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirementsProficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
