As a Kit Production Coordinator, you will have a pivotal role in the flawless production and distribution of laboratory kits. Your contributions will help maintain our high standards of quality and reliability in serving clients and internal teams.What You'll Do:Assist in the Global Kit Production, distribution and order fulfillment ensuring supplies are processed in a timely manner.The Logistics Coordinator ensures a high level of support, service, reliability, and availability to external kit vendors and internal departments. This function is 100% office based.Additional / Specific Job Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator:Reports to Team Lead Kit ProductionProvides supplies and shipping support including assembling and packing laboratory kits following study kit specificationsPerform quality control checks on assembled kitsOrder fulfillment and shippingPerforms labelling activities and any activity related to kit productionAssist with (un)loading activitiesSupports resolution of Kit Vendor Quality EventsIncorrect documentsGuidelines discrepancies/updatesKit building errorsOverdue ordersSupports information sharing within GSS departmentOccasionally attend weekly kitting vendor operational meetingsSupport flex tasks within GSS and Sample ManagementEducation and Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required. Relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
