Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsAble to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)Job DescriptionAs part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you’ll discover meaningful work that makes a positive impact on a global scale. Work with Supervisor and Engineers to ensure that quality, waste, and efficiency are meeting the requirements.Troubleshoot faulty products or parts to ensure that all required specifications are met.Execute improvement activities on quality and work process efficiency.Maintain ISO9001, MDSAP, ISO14001, ISO13485, QSR21CFR Part 820 and ISO45001 documentations to ensure conformity. Maintain and upkeep the housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace.Train Technicians/ Associate Technicians, Manufacturing on product assembly and testing.Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:Required: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related fieldPreferred: Experience in a cGMP environmentPreferred: Experience in Mass SpectrometryCompetencies preferred:Equipment troubleshooting skills Understand ISO requirementsCoaching skills for On-the-Job TrainingPhysical Requirements / Work Environment:Manufacturing production line - Fully onsitePhysically fit to lift objects up to 10kg when required
