You’ll work within established SOPs, testing protocols and Quality Management System requirements to help deliver high-quality products Right First Time, On Time and in full.What you’ll doYou’ll take ownership of your workload and work to the published manufacturing plan, while:Performing manufacturing and in-process testing activities.Owning scheduled maintenance for designated equipment or manufacturing areas.Ensuring materials and inventory are available when required.Completing accurate documentation, data and process checks.Applying your technical knowledge to first-level troubleshooting.Identifying opportunities to reduce errors and improve processes, EHS and Quality compliance.Supporting colleagues through training on specific processes.What you’ll bringYou’ll have either GCSE-level education or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience, or a relevant degree.You’ll also bring strong attention to detail, good organisation and communication skills, and experience working effectively within a team and to deadlines. Required Qualifications
