In this key role, you'll ensure optimal equipment performance and maintenance while supporting continuous improvement in our manufacturing facilities. You'll resolve complex technical issues, coordinate preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams. Your expertise will directly impact the production of essential scientific and medical products used by researchers and healthcare professionals.REQUIREMENTS:• 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, or similar technical role• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, and equipment maintenance• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation• Experience with calibration, preventive maintenance, and GMP/GEP compliance• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements (ISO, GMP)• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and mentoring technicians• Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergency calls when needed• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures• Strong organizational and time management skills
