Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsAdherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety StandardsJob DescriptionThe NPI Sourcing Manager enables successful new product introductions within the Chemical Analysis Division by leading sourcing activities that support on-time launch, cost targets, and long-term supply continuity. This role partners closely with Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and Operations to align sourcing strategies with CAD product roadmaps and operational priorities.Category knowledge in Particle Optics, mechanical components, Electronics, and Contract Manufacturing (CM) is preferred. Required Qualifications
