You will safely carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), blueprints, and drawings as they relate to assembly, material handling, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging.A Day in the Life:Work in a production environment where you will operate machinery, assemble tubing and connectors, and package and inspect products in accordance with blueprints and drawings.Use various tools and equipment, including computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand toolsFollow safety standards, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements, company operating procedures, and policies.Ensure products meet quality standards by collaborating with other stations and departments to address quality errors.Maintain accurate documentation as the task is being performed.Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI) activities.Work effectively to consistently meet goals as an individual and as part of a team.Focus on personal development through timely completion of training.Adhere to schedule to meet department and site goals while maintaining focus on quality of work.Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:Required: No previous work experience requiredPreferred: Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related fieldPreferred: Experience in a cGMP environmentKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Competency in using computers, Microsoft Office productsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Read and understand written materials, including words, pictures, and numbers.Accurate counting, sorting, calculating, and measuring using tools like calculators and tape measures.Ability to understand chemical safety, including interpreting labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentAble to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shiftWhat We Offer:CompensationCompetitive PayPerformance Related Bonus where eligibleAnnual merit performance-based increaseExcellent BenefitsMedical benefitsPaid Time Off/Annual LeaveEmployee Referral BonusCareer Advancement Opportunities
