The Mebane site supports the production of high-quality products that enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. The Operator I plays an important role in supporting safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations.How Will You Make an Impact?As an Operator I, you will support manufacturing operations by following established procedures and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will help ensure the consistent production of quality products for our customers.A Day in the LifeOperate manufacturing equipment and perform production activities in accordance with approved procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.Complete production documentation accurately and timely while monitoring product quality and reporting any issues or concerns.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting team goals and production schedules.Education (NA or APAC)High school diploma or equivalent required.Education (EMEA)High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent required.ExperienceRequired0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, production, warehouse, laboratory, or a related environment.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Basic computer and documentation skills.PreferredExperience in a manufacturing or production environment.Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.Experience working in a clean room environment.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to learn and operate manufacturing equipment and processes.Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation accurately.Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods during a scheduled shift.Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, gowns, respirators, and safety footwear, as required.Ability to work in manufacturing, clean room, laboratory, warehouse, or controlled production environments.Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and shift rotations as required by business needs.Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and automated systems while adhering to all site safety procedures.What We Offer:CompensationCompetitive PayPerformance Related Bonus where eligibleAnnual merit performance-based increaseExcellent BenefitsMedical benefitsPaid Time Off/Annual LeaveEmployee Referral BonusCareer Advancement Opportunities
