With revenues of $40 billion and the largest investment in R&D in the industry, we give our people the resources and opportunities to make significant contributions to the world.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash (OTC) Analytics Manager to lead a global team delivering reporting and analytics across the GBS OTC function (EMEA, NA, and APAC).This is a leadership role with end-to-end accountability for reporting delivery, team performance, and the ongoing evolution of the OTC analytics landscape. You will build and lead a high-performing team, ensure consistent and high-quality reporting, and drive standardization, automation, and data-driven decision-making across the function.You will work closely with OTC Operations, IT, Digital Enablement (DE), PPI, Automation, and Project Management teams to enhance data integrity, streamline processes, and contribute to key transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and reporting specialistsSet clear objectives, manage performance, and ensure strong engagement and accountabilityFoster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and customer focusSupport talent development through regular coaching, feedback, and skip-level interactionsAct as a point of escalation and decision-making for reporting and analytics topicsReporting Ownership & DeliveryOwn end-to-end delivery of OTC reporting, including month-end and critical performance metricsDefine reporting standards, definitions, and governance across regionsEnsure accuracy, consistency, and governance of data across all outputsOversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reportsPrioritize workload and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables aligned to business needsTranslate business needs into analytical frameworks and reporting solutionsSupport forecasting, performance tracking, and business reviewsBusiness Partnering & Stakeholder ManagementPartner with OTC Operations, IT, DE and global stakeholders to define reporting requirementsProvide clear, proactive communication to senior stakeholders and support decision-makingAct as a key interface between business, IT, and digital/automation teamsRepresent the reporting function in governance forums and cross-functional initiativesProcess Improvement & TransformationDrive standardization and continuous improvement across OTC reporting processesIdentify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiencySupport implementation and adoption of standardized OTC processes across Shared Service CentersContribute to productivity and transformation initiatives across the GBS organizationGovernance, Controls & ProjectsEnsure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and SOX requirementsMaintain robust documentation, governance standards, and audit readinessCollaborate with Internal and External Audit teamsSupport system implementations, migrations, and transition activitiesManage dependencies across projects and support successful executionDeputize for Senior Manager as requiredLead or contribute to strategic cross-functional initiativesSkills & Qualifications Required:Core SkillsStrong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain talentExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a global, matrixed environmentStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business valueAbility to balance strategic thinking with operational executionStrong organizational and prioritization skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related fieldProven experience leading teams in data-driven environmentStrong expertise in OTC processes (credit, collections, cash application, etc.)Experience with BI tools, SQL, and advanced ExcelExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Fluent in EnglishPreferredExperience in Shared Services environmentExperience in finance or commercial analytics (e.g., AR, DSO, revenue reporting)Familiarity with forecasting, AOP, and performance managementExperience leading automation or digital transformation initiativesWhy Join UsThis role offers the opportunity to lead a critical function within a global organization, with direct impact on how performance is measured, understood, and improved across the OTC value stream. Required Qualifications

  • Experience with BI tools, SQL, and advanced Excel (experience)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) (experience)
  • Fluent in English (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Shared Services environment (experience)
  • Experience in finance or commercial analytics (e.g., AR, DSO, revenue reporting) (experience)
