In this role, you will implement our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System to enhance operational excellence, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement and enable measurable business impact.A Day in the Life:Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiativesPartner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvementsApply lean methodologies and problem-solving tools to drive operational excellenceAnalyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvementSupport development of a continuous improvement culture across the organizationTrack, validate, and report project results including financial impactDeliver training and coaching on PPI tools and methodologiesKeys to Success:EducationAdvanced degree with 3+ years of experience; ORBachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience; ORAssociate degree with 8+ years of relevant experienceExperienceDemonstrated expertise in lean methodologiesProven ability to lead multiple cross-functional improvement projectsExperience driving measurable results through process improvementsExperience working in matrixed organizationsKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong project management and organizational skillsAdvanced data analysis and problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency in root cause analysis techniquesStrong financial acumen with ability to validate savings with FinanceProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PowerBI, Minitab or similar tools preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyWillingness to travel up to 20% as needed
