We provide our global teams with the resources needed to achieve individual career goals while helping to take science a step beyond by developing solutions for some of the world’s toughest challenges, like protecting the environment, making sure our food is safe or helping find cures for cancer.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage teams in producing pharmaceutical products.Maintain operational excellence while ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and FDA regulations.This role combines technical expertise with people leadership to deliver high-quality products that improve healthcare outcomes.Coordinate production schedules, oversee manufacturing processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Your leadership will be essential in maintaining quality standards, developing team members, and fostering a culture of safety and innovation.REQUIREMENTS:Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturingPreferred Fields of Study: Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related STEM field2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a GMP environmentStrong knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA requirementsExpertise in aseptic processing and cleanroom operationsDemonstrated ability to lead and develop teamsExperience with batch record review and documentationStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesExcellence in written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing systemsAbility to work rotating shifts, including nights/weekends as neededPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)Ability to effectively manage multiple prioritiesDemonstrated experience in operational excellence and quality improvementsKnowledge of aseptic techniques and environmental monitoringExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Required Qualifications
