As a Staff Manufacturing Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership for complex manufacturing processes, equipment automation, and capital projects. This role offers the opportunity to solve complex technical challenges while supporting our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.Requirements:Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology preferred)Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial or related field)Professional Engineering designation or relevant certifications are assetsProven expertise in automation systems, PLC programming, and control system architectureStrong project management experience leading complex capital equipment and facility projectsExperience with cGMP, FDA regulations, and quality management systemsAdvanced knowledge of manufacturing processes, including clean room operationsDemonstrated ability to enhance processes using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision makingExperience developing validation protocols and documentation for regulated environmentsExpertise in CAD software, manufacturing execution systems, and production control systemsExcellent cross-functional leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environmentSuccess record of implementing innovative technical solutionsExperience mentoring engineers and technical staffUp to 20% travel may be requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office suite and relevant engineering software packagesStrong documentation and technical writing capabilitiesExperience with risk assessment and mitigation strategiesKnowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirementsFluency in English and German
