Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsSome degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)Job DescriptionAs part of the QC team, you will perform quality control testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished products, as well as release of products that meet our high quality standards. You will work with a broad range of analytical techniques and laboratory equipment and collaborate closely with colleagues across Quality, Production and other functions.The team is also involved in improvement and development activities, including digitalisation and scale-up projects.Our products are used in breakthrough technologies, life-saving assays and clinical applications around the world. This makes quality critical at every stage of our production and control processes.Our customers include leading pharmaceutical and diagnostics companies that rely on us as a trusted business partner. We are now looking for a new colleague to join our Quality Control (QC) team in Lillestrøm, Norway. Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in bio engineering, chemistry or biochemistry (degree in equivalent qualification in bio engineering)
  • 2+ years' experience from a QC laboratory or a QC role in another regulatory environment (experience, 2 years)
  • Hands-on laboratory experience and familiarity with LIMS (experience)
  • Fluency in Norwegian, written and spoken, and professional proficiency in English (experience)
  • Strong digital skills and an interest in using technology to improve laboratory processes (experience)
  • a strong quality mindset and attention to detail (experience)
  • structured and analytical, and ready to take ownership of your responsibilities (experience)
  • comfortable working both independently and as part of a team (experience)
  • Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 13485 and/or ISO 9001 is an advantage (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Perform QC testing of Dynabeads™ products according to established procedures, specifications and quality requirements
  • Use varying techniques such as HPLC, Coulter Counter and microscopy
