You'll work at the intersection of technology and customer success, helping integrate our advanced microscopy, analytical, and digital solutions into customer workflows. This customer-facing role offers opportunities to develop and implement new techniques, provide comprehensive training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.REQUIREMENTS:• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience, with hands-on experience with relevant analytical instruments (e.g., SEM, TEM, FIB)• Preferred Fields of Study: Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or related field• Deep understanding of semiconductor physics, device operation, and failure analysis techniques• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, C#, or MATLAB• Experience with automated workflows, data analysis, and system integration• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills• Ability to develop and deliver technical presentations and training• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail• Demonstrated experience working effectively in cross-functional teams• Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance• Proficiency in English required• Ability to travel up to 40%• Valid passport and driver's license required• Clean room experience preferred
