In this specialized role, you'll work closely with legal professionals to understand their business and technical needs, manage support requests through ticketing systems, and lead IT initiatives for legal-focused projects.You'll be responsible for the support and optimization of all legal / marketing and risk management applications, ensuring our business teams have the tools and systems they need to operate effectively. As the primary IT contact for legal / marketing and risk management matters, you'll analyze complex business requirements, translate them into actionable technical solutions, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operations and workflows. You'll apply your expertise in data analysis, process optimization, and project management to deliver impactful results that support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.REQUIREMENTSAdvanced Degree plus 4 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of experience in business analysis or related rolePreferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related fieldExperience and working knowledge/application of AI tools / methodologies.Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CSPO, SAFe) are a plusProven expertise in gathering and documenting business requirementsStrong proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and business intelligence toolsExperience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or OracleAdvanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practicesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesExperience working with cross-functional, global teamsStrong understanding of business process modeling and optimization techniquesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, and project management toolsExperience with data warehousing and ETL processesAbility to influence and build consensus across organizational levelsKnowledge of regulatory compliance and validation requirementsStrong stakeholder management and relationship building skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamUp to 25% travel may be required
