This role is responsible for driving a globally aligned client experience, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling scalable growth through strong cross-functional leadership. The role partners closely with executive leadership and key business functions to align priorities across project execution, resource planning, and organizational effectiveness, while ensuring delivery excellence across the client portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Global Client Leadership & StrategyLead global client management teams, including Engagement/Enterprise Program Managers (EPMs) and Global Program Leads (GPLs)Serve as executive sponsor for key client relationships, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growthDrive consistent global client service strategy and execution across regions and business unitsDemand Planning & S&OP IntegrationOversee enhanced demand planning processes to ensure accurate forecasting and resource alignmentPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate demand planning into Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processesEnsure alignment between client demand, capacity planning, and operational deliveryProject Execution & Organizational EffectivenessDrive excellence in project execution across global teams, ensuring delivery on scope, timelines, financials, and qualityLead organizational effectiveness initiatives, including process optimization, performance management, and operational scalabilityOversee global project management activities, including Site Project Management (e.g., CAM, Labels), within a matrixed environmentPrograms & Strategic Initiatives OversightProvide leadership oversight for key transformational initiatives spanning the Global Client Services teamEnsure alignment of strategic initiatives with business objectives and client commitmentsTalent, Culture & CommunicationPartner with HR Business Partners to drive talent strategy, organizational design, and succession planningLead learning & development and communication initiatives to strengthen team capabilities and engagementCross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with Finance Business Partners on financial planning, forecasting, and performance managementPartner with Quality (GCS&P Quality Partner) to ensure compliance and continuous improvementWork closely with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to align on strategic priorities and executionGovernance & SponsorshipAct as Executive Sponsor and Division CAS Sponsor for key initiatives and client engagementsEstablish governance frameworks to ensure effective decision-making, risk management, and accountabilityAdditional Details:Direct Report To: Division President, Clinical Trials DivisionGroup/Division: PSG/CTDCareer Track: ManagementPosition Location: On-site, in officeNumber of Direct Reports: 4REQUIREMENTSEducation:Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferredExperience:12+ years of relevant experience, including significant leadership experience in project/program management and client servicesProven experience leading global teams and operating within complex, matrixed organizationsStrong background in demand planning, S&OP, and operational executionSkills & Competencies:Strategic leadership with strong business and financial acumenAbility to influence at executive levels and across global, cross-functional teamsExpertise in client relationship management and large-scale program deliveryStrong organizational, communication, and change management capabilitiesCompensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $157,700.00–$236,525.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
