Having exposer to Dev-ops, Scripting and Agentic AI solutions will be highly preferred.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Sr. E1 CNC & Security Administration: 75%Monitor and manage EnterpriseOne performance and architecture and maintain the JD Edwards systems reliability, integrity and recoverability.Establish and maintain processes and procedures for implementing and maintaining the J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne technical environment.Having hands on experience for latest JDE 9.2 featuresGood understanding on E1 UDO and Orchestrator objects and AIS servicesInstall and Maintain JDE Environments on AWS Cloud PlatformKnowledge on AWS Load Balancing and Clustering solutionsUpgrade of EnterpriseOne and related components on Deployment server and Enterprise Servers.Installing and managing Oracle Weblogic, Oracle Application Server and E1 JAS, Orchestrator, AIS, OVR, JDE fatclients and other third-party productsOMW configuration and project promotions, Package build and deploymentsInstall and manage Business Services Server and related package deploymentsInstall and manage Real Time Event Server (E1 Transaction Server)Apply ESUs, ASUs, Updates and Tools Release updates.Administration of print, batch queues, performance tuning and monitoring via SAW and Server Manager.Create and manage environments, pathcodes and instances.Create and manage multi-foundation for testing of new releasesFamiliar with different monitoring tools and monitor alerts activelyMonitors EnterpriseOne Jobs scheduled using third-party job scheduler (ControlM)Provides troubleshooting of EnterpriseOne application and hardwareUnderstanding of high availability software’s and solutionsProvide complete and timely support for end usersKeep current and up to date with application architecture, ESU and service pack releases, functionality, and other CNC componentsInteract extensively with the other support groups to establish and support EnterpriseOne applications running on the corporate network.Initial setup, maintenance and coordination of users, user profiles and EnterpriseOne environment security.Develops and manages the access strategy by proactively working with management, process/data owners, auditors and other personnel.Provide reporting for audit and participate in yearly audit processProvides global Level 2/3 support for standard hardware, software (involves on call coverage 24x7 on a rotating basis)2. Dev-ops/Automation/AI Engineering: 20%Building new solutions to gain Operational efficiency or Cost savings using Automation or AIIntroduce new tools and explore new features to add in E1 landscapeHaving hands on building Orchestrator objects and API integrations with other systemsGood understanding and logical thinking on scripting languagesCreating agentic AI solutions using low/no code platforms using workflows3.
