SOP’s and WI’sEnsure necessary actions in case of (potential) deviations.Ensure employees are GMP-trainedEnsure housekeeping is at GMP-levelEnsure GMP level of rooms/areas/equipment by fit finish inspection.Prevent complaints and audit observationsE&OOn time doc reviewRFT & deviation reportsTraining statusHousekeeping scoreAudit observationsEfficient production (on-cost)Align staff with production scheduleMinimize reprocessing, waste and OOSMaximize yieldNumber of FTEReprocessing & wasteYieldFocused and professional teamContinuous development of team (knowledge & skills) and processesStructured meetings with Area Managers, Production Engineers and M&E ManagerEffective cooperation with other departmentsSkill developmentReview Direct ReportsAligned decisionsREQUIREMENTS:• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in operations management in regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical/biotech industry• Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Operations Management, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related technical field• Demonstrated expertise in cGMP, FDA regulations, and quality management systems• Proven experience leading organizational change and developing effective teams• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies• Demonstrated ability to enhance operational excellence through KPIs and performance metrics• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively at all levels• Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and strategic planning initiatives• Expertise in risk management and problem-solving in complex manufacturing environments• Strong business acumen and analytical skills• Proficiency with ERP systems, MS Office, and manufacturing software platforms• Ability to collaborate effectively in matrix organization structure• Experience leading successful regulatory and customer audits• Knowledge of supply chain management and demand planning• Project management and cross-functional team leadership capabilities• 10-15% travel required
