You will ensure that goods are processed, packaged, and delivered efficiently, on time, and in compliance with all regulatory and quality requirements.In this key leadership role, you will drive operational excellence, foster a high-performance culture, and contribute directly to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.A Day in the LifeLead and develop a team of up to 50 employees across Distribution, Warehouse and Pick & Pack.Ensure on-time, high-quality processing and shipment of all distribution ordersOversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory controlCollaborate closely with Production Planning to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and documentationReview and approve production and operational documentationDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and PPI methodologiesEnsure compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO standards, and all regulatory requirementsManage operational budgets and contribute to P&L performancePartner cross-functionally with HR, QA, PPI, Customer Service, Order Processing, Logistic, Procurement, and Transportation teamsHow will you get here?
