Requirement Analysis & CollaborationAnalyze system requirements and develop a deep understanding of applications under testCollaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teamsParticipate in QA activities throughout the software development lifecycle2. Test Planning & DocumentationDesign and develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test protocolsCreate and maintain SDLC documentationDefine and assess defect severity and priority3. Test Environment & Tools SetupConfigure/ Setup and maintain test environments, including hardware, software, and test dataSet up and manage test and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, JAMA)4. Test Automation & AI assistive testingDevelop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and scriptsUtilize programming languages to improve test automation and efficiencyEffectively use AI tools to accelerate test design and automation​5. Test ExecutionExecute manual and automated test cases across development and release cyclesPerform functional, system, regression, API, and performance testingRecord and maintain test results in test management systems6. Leadership & Continuous ImprovementWork independently and contribute to complex testing activitiesLead small teams or testing efforts for assigned projectsDrive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologiesHow will you get here?EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experienceCandidates with less experience may be considered for junior rolesExperienceExperience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and testing methodologiesExperience working in Agile environments and the full software testing lifecycleProven experience in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test casesHands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testingHands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and programming/scripting (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#)Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysisExperience in completing end-to-end software testing projectsStrong track record in software quality assurance and testing deliveryExperience leading small teams or projects is preferredExposure to hardware-software integration or embedded systems is an advantageKnowledge, Skills & Competencies (Preferred)1.
