The team also establishes IT process governance, strategy development, standard methodologies, and portfolio management practices for M&A activity across Global IT.As Senior Director, IT M&A Integration, you will serve as the senior IT leader fully accountable for the strategy, execution, and successful delivery of IT integration for new acquisitions. You will maintain a dual reporting and governance relationship with IT leadership and the Integration Management Office (IMO), owning the IT M&A portfolio end-to-end — from due diligence through full integration — including the financial management needed to support it.
