This role reports to the Team Leader, QC, and partners with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and laboratory operations.How Will You Make an Impact? As a Sr. QC Technician, you will perform routine and advanced analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products in alignment with GMP standards, supporting timely production and release activities.A Day in the Life:Perform in-process testing of raw materials, samples, and finished productsCollect and prepare production samples for laboratory analysisConduct physical, chemical, or microbiological testing per SOPsMonitor production batches for compliance with specificationsRecord, analyze, and report test results accuratelyIdentify out-of-specification results and notify appropriate teamsMaintain laboratory equipment through calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenanceFollow GMP, GLP, FDA, ISO, OSHA, and safety regulationsComplete laboratory documentation, logs, and quality reportsAssist with investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement effortsKeys to Success:Education:High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience:Required: 2 years of Quality Control experiencePreferred: Previous experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or laboratory environmentPreferred: Experience in a cGMP environmentKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is a plusKnowledge of quality control procedures and laboratory practicesFamiliarity with analytical instruments and testing methodsStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsBasic computer skills, including Excel and laboratory softwareStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work shifts and stand for extended periodsPhysical Requirements / Work Environment:Ability to stand for extended periodsWork in a laboratory and manufacturing environment following safety standardsWhat We Offer:Compensation:Competitive hourly pay rateAdditional shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shiftsAnnual performance-based bonusAnnual merit performance-based increaseExcellent Benefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits effective Day 1Paid Time Off & designated paid holidays401(k)Tuition reimbursementEmployee referral bonusCareer advancement opportunitiesCompensation and BenefitsThe hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $23.80–$35.69.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
