This role will focus on delivering intelligent, scalable systems that drive business value through advanced analytics, automation, and innovation.Experience Required9+ years of overall experience in Data, AI, and Automation domains4+ years of experience in AI/ML implementation2+ years of hands-on experience in automation implementationProven experience delivering at least 2–3 end-to-end AI/ML and/or Automation initiatives independentlyKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use casesLead end-to-end AI/ML solution development from ideation through deployment and scalingDesign and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions including ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, and response generationIdentify and implement automation opportunities using RPA and workflow automation toolsDevelop automation solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Power AutomateIntegrate AI and automation solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platformsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsEnsure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI and automation systemsDrive innovation through adoption of emerging technologies including IoT and digital twinsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI concepts and implementationsHands-on experience with RAG architectures and LLM-based solutionsExperience with automation/RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)Cloud-native architecture experience on AWS and/or AzureExperience with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)Strong understanding of modern data architectures (Lakehouse, streaming, data governance)Experience in defining security, access control, and compliance frameworksStrong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to work independently with business stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience with Databricks, Dataiku, or vector databasesKnowledge of data platform engineering including Databricks Lakehouse, S3 or equivalent storage, and scalable pipelinesExposure to IoT and digital twin technologiesCertifications in AI, Automation, and/or Cloud (AWS/Azure)Experience in GxP or Quality processesFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologiesKey CompetenciesStrong technical depth in AI and automationInnovation and continuous learning mindsetAbility to drive outcomes independentlyStrong collaboration across cross-functional teamsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fieldWhy Join UsOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and automation initiativesBuild enterprise-scale intelligent solutionsCollaborative and innovation-driven environmentStrong career growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • 9+ years of overall experience in Data, AI, and Automation domains (experience, 9 years)
  • 4+ years of experience in AI/ML implementation (experience, 4 years)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in automation implementation (experience, 2 years)
  • Proven experience delivering at least 2–3 end-to-end AI/ML and/or Automation initiatives independently (experience)
  • Strong expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI concepts and implementations (experience)
  • Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and LLM-based solutions (experience)
  • Experience with automation/RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate) (experience)
  • Cloud-native architecture experience on AWS and/or Azure (experience)
  • Experience with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) (experience)
