In this role, you'll lead a team of project managers and technical specialists while ensuring successful execution of complex pharmaceutical development and technology transfer projects. You'll contribute to innovation by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resource allocation, and maintaining client relationships. This position offers opportunities to contribute to therapeutic developments while developing leadership skills in a professional organization.REQUIREMENTS:• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, with focus on R&D, technology transfer, and/or project management• Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Engineering, or related scientific field• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification desirable• 2+ years of supervisory experience or demonstrated team leadership• Strong knowledge of cGMP, pharmaceutical development processes, and regulatory requirements• Experience in managing complex technical projects and client relationships• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)Leadership & Communication:• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams• Proficiency in stakeholder management and client communication• Effective negotiation and problem-solving capabilities• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a responsive environmentCore Competencies:• Advanced English language proficiency• Strong analytical and decision-making skills• Excellent organizational and time management abilities• Proven ability to implement improvement initiatives• Experience with budget management and resource planningTechnical Operations:• Proficiency in pharmaceutical production techniques and processes• Experience in technology transfer and scale-up activities• Knowledge of quality systems and compliance requirements• Ability to evaluate technical costs and assess project risks• Understanding of laboratory operations and analytical methodsBenefitsWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
