Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOfficeJob DescriptionPosition Summary: The Supply Chain Planning Specialist is responsible for end-to-end supply planning and execution to support the division’s business strategy. This role ensures optimal inventory levels, efficient order management, and alignment between demand and supply through close collaboration with internal stakeholders and global planning teams. The position also drives continuous improvement in planning processes and supply chain performance.Key Responsibilities:1. Order & Supply ManagementManage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle (creation, confirmation, tracking, and fulfillment)Coordinate closely with global suppliers/factories to ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply issues proactivelyMonitor open orders, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions to prevent delays or shortagesEnsure accuracy and completeness of all order-related documentation (POs, contracts, shipping documents)2. Inventory & Supply PlanningDevelop and manage inventory strategies including safety stock policies and replenishment planningMonitor inventory levels, turnover, and aging to prevent stockouts and excess inventoryCollaborate with demand planning team to align supply plans with forecast and business needsAnalyze supply-demand gaps and drive appropriate actions (expedite, defer, rebalance)3. Demand & Planning AlignmentSupport demand planning process by reviewing forecasts and providing supply constraints/insightsCreate and maintain rolling supply plans based on demand forecasts, lead times, and capacityWork cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment on supply priorities4. Process & Performance ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, service level, and costDrive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, tools, and data accuracyMonitor key KPIs and take corrective actions5. Compliance & Data ManagementEnsure all purchasing and planning activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate master data and transaction records in ERP systemsSupport audits and reporting requirements as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand/supply planning, or procurementHands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make planning decisionsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills with experience working in cross-functional and global teamsStrong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
