We are looking for a Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to lead the development of innovative system solutions—from early concept to final verification—working at the intersection of hardware, software, and clinical needs. You will have overall technical responsibility for the development and evolution of complex analysis systems, with a focus on system functionality and performance. You will ensure system designs meet customer needs as well as regulatory and quality requirements. The role includes leading system definition, concept development, and architecture across the full product lifecycle. You will coordinate requirements across disciplines and drive alignment between hardware, software, and workflows to support successful system development and delivery. What will you do?Lead system design and define product requirements based on customer and stakeholder needs, translating them into robust concepts and architecturesOwn and maintain requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, traceability, and product qualityDrive the full system lifecycle—from concept and architecture through integration, verification, and customer feedbackProvide technical leadership across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between hardware, software, and workflowsLead risk management activities, including identification, assessment, and mitigationEstablish and govern system engineering processes, methods, and best practicesSupport product launches and continuous improvement initiativesServe as a subject matter expert in system engineering, supporting technical direction and decision-making How will you get there?Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience preferred in system engineering, product development, or similar roles involving complex systemsStrong experience in requirements engineering, architecture, and integration across multiple domainsExperience working in regulated environments (e.g., medical devices or diagnostics) is highly valuedProven ability to lead technical initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to developmentEffective communicator with the ability to collaborate across disciplinesProactive and comfortable taking ownership in a team environmentProfessional fluency in written and spoken English is required.
