Your contributions will directly support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.REQUIREMENTS:• +8 years of technical sales experience in life sciences, analytical instruments, or related field• Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences or related scientific field, Master's Degree desirable• Experience in people management roles • Strong technical understanding of relevant scientific workflows and applications• Ability to travel up to 50-75% within assigned territory (Peru, Ecuador, Caribean, Colombia, Panama, Guatemala, Nicaragua)• Fluent English• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets• Expert presentation and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications• Success in consultative selling and complex sales cycles• Strong project management and organizational abilities• Proven relationship building and networking capabilities• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization• Deep knowledge of specific product technologies and workflows as required by position• Experience presenting at scientific conferences and trade shows• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities• Ability to develop and implement territory plans• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions• Experience supporting and developing other team members• Strong customer service focus
