Les stagiaires performants pourraient être considérés pour des occasions d’emploi à temps plein après l’obtention de leur diplôme, y compris dans le cadre de nos programmes de développement accéléré.Pour l’été 2027, nous offrons plusieurs possibilités de stage en IA à Montréal dans trois grands domaines d’intérêt: Gestion de produit IA Intégration des contrôles IA Ingénierie IAL’affectation finale tiendra compte des intérêts, des compétences du candidat et des besoins de l’entreprise.Lieu de travail: Ce poste est désigné comme étant en présentiel, avec un travail effectué à notre site de Montréal, QC, 5 jours par semaine.Ce que vous ferez:Notre programme de stage d’été de 12 semaines offre aux étudiants l’occasion de travailler sur des projets concrets et porteurs qui font progresser des solutions alimentées par l’IA dans l’environnement bâti. Avec plusieurs postes à pourvoir dans différents domaines de l’IA, vous pourriez contribuer à des travaux en:• gestion de produit IA, y compris le suivi, la documentation et l’état de préparation des modèles d’IA et des algorithmes de contrôle • automatisation des flux de travail et optimisation des processus internes • évaluations concurrentielles et analyse de la voix du client afin de soutenir la stratégie produit • commercialisation des produits et préparation de la mise en marché • intégration des contrôles, cartographie des données des bâtiments et déploiement de l’optimisation CVC alimentée par l’IA • analyse énergétique, évaluations de la performance des bâtiments et identification d’occasions d’efficacitéDans l’ensemble de ces domaines, les stagiaires devront: • collaborer de façon interfonctionnelle avec les équipes d’ingénierie, de produit, de marketing, de déploiement et de science des données • contribuer à la création de documentation, de tableaux de bord, de rapports et de matériel de communication • tester, valider ou déployer des fonctionnalités activées par l’IA, selon le mandat • recueillir des renseignements et traduire les constats en recommandations claires • contribuer à l’amélioration continue des flux de travail internes, des cycles de vie des produits ou des processus techniquesCe que vous apporterez:Nous recherchons des personnes axées sur la performance et innovantes qui comprennent l’importance de la collaboration, de la curiosité et de l’orientation client. Les candidats retenus devront:· Être en voie d’obtenir un diplôme de premier cycle (BS/BA) en informatique, science des données, ingénierie, administration ou dans un domaine similaire, avec une moyenne cumulative générale de 3,0 ou plus, et avoir un intérêt pour une carrière en IA.· Avoir une certaine expérience de travail: au moins un stage ou une expérience professionnelle· Démontrer des aptitudes en leadership, par exemple: organisations étudiantes, capitaine d’équipe sportive, conseiller en résidence, etc., ou un leadership exceptionnel dans des projets professionnels· Apporter de solides aptitudes analytiques, organisationnelles et de résolution de problèmes· Démontrer de l’adaptabilité, de l’initiative et une volonté d’apprendre· Communiquer efficacement avec des publics techniques et non techniques· Bien travailler dans des environnements interfonctionnels et dynamiques· Avoir une connaissance des concepts d’IA, du développement logiciel, des systèmes du bâtiment ou des technologies énergétiques (selon le cas)· Avoir de l’expérience avec des outils comme Python, SQL, Jira, Asana ou des outils semblables (un atout)· Apporter une expérience en leadership par l’entremise d’une implication sur le campus, de projets d’équipe ou d’une expérience de travail antérieure· Être disposé à être mobile et à déménager si des occasions futures se présententExigence linguistique:Le bilinguisme français-anglais est requis.
