Job SummaryThe Sr. Product Manager supports the performance, growth, and lifecycle management of assigned products within the Air Cooled Chiller Portfolio. This offering plays a critical role in supporting the data center vertical and broader mechanical cooling infrastructure, placing it at the center of an area experiencing explosive market growth. As a result, this is a fast‑paced and highly dynamic role.The Product Manager collaborates closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Customer-facing teams to ensure products meet customer needs, operational requirements, and business objectives. The role is responsible for gathering customer insights, driving continuous improvement activities, maintaining product documentation, and providing cross-functional support to optimize product performance and enhance customer satisfaction.Position Location – Pueblo, CO (relocation assistance is available)Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a critical team member in fast pace product growth team to align customer needs to current and future product offerings, features, and customer requests.Provide on-site support for in-line operational activities, including participation in plant and engineering MDIs, to drive daily improvements.Drive New Product Development Launches as a core team member through gate process and operational start up to ensure Market Requirements are metSupport Strategy development of product and go to market approach to drive growthProvide day-to-day operational support Portfolio Leadership, Mission Critical teams and Product Support teams to address customer questions, product issues, and emerging needs.Plan, host, and support customer witness testing events to ensure successful demonstrations and compliance with customer expectations.Develop, maintain, and update product literature, including catalogs, brochures, and application guides, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current product offerings.Serve as the primary point of contact for Quality, partnering to investigate issues, support corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.Support pricing management processes using pricing tools to assist with product competitiveness and margin performance.Participate in customer site visits to gather insights, observe product performance, and support relationship building.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.At least 2 years of experience in product management, marketing, engineering, operations, or related business functions.Experience in a customer experience or sales account management roleStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the Data Center Industry understanding buying behavior, innovation impacts to cooling infrastructure and general knowledge of Data Center market & major customers.Experience with Product innovation & strategy with a high growth offering.Experience within HVAC, manufacturing, or related industrial sector.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.Experience with pricing tools, CRM systems, or product management software.Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or master’s in engineering/business)Key CompetenciesCustomer Focus: Engages directly with customers to understand needs and deliver value.Collaboration: Works effectively across functions and builds trusted partnerships.Communication: Demonstrates clear, concise written and verbal communication.Analytical Thinking: Uses data to support decisions, problem-solving, and prioritization.Results Orientation: Drives tasks to completion with a focus on quality and impact.Adaptability: Comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and shifting business needs.Working ConditionsPrimarily office-based with routine travel to customer sites and manufacturing facilities.Regular engagement with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.Occasional irregular hours based on customer events or operational needs.Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$146,521.66 - $235,500.00Compensation Type:SalaryIncentive Eligible:YesSales Commission Eligible:NoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors. Required Qualifications
