Job Summary: Trane Technologies is hiring an Associate Project Manager in Mechanicsburg, PA. The Associate Project Manager is responsible for execution of HVAC and turnkey projects including managing financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction. They can take the lead on specific assigned tasks on larger projects with oversight. The Associate Project Manager will manage a portfolio of smaller projects. Other duties as assignedWhat you will do: Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with stakeholders. Utilizes properly qualified subcontractors, awards subcontracts, and manages subcontractor execution. Financially manages all aspects of projects including cash flow, monthly forecasted cost / revenue, forecasted cost at completion, monitoring expenses, collections support, backlog reviews, and applied cost. Collaborate with technicians and subcontractors to establish project task, communications for project progress, and review of plans / specifications and submittals. Leads all aspects of project administration including, awareness of construction contract content and language, validating project scope / cost / schedule, managing project compliance, project documentation, project safety guidelines. What you will bring: Experienced and knowledgeable in contracting processes associated with the installation of mechanical systems and managing subcontractors preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management a plus Average financial and business acumen with a background in construction processes Experience utilizing project management tools a plus Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Carless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$63,111.66 - $87,639.99Compensation Type:SalaryIncentive Eligible:YesSales Commission Eligible:NoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors. Required Qualifications
