We boldly go.Where is the work:On-Site (5 days) Job DescriptionPosition DescriptionManufacturing and electrical technical support to all areas including troubleshoots issues in electrical test stations, problem solving, working in different projects and tasks.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support continuous improvement efforts by resolving safety, quality, process, and equipment/tooling issues.Provide engineering support for production and work with the Andon escalation.Assist with product changes, transfers, and new product development and integration.Utilize PFMEA’s and Yamazumi’s to identify process improvement opportunities.Assist with development and maintenance of standard of work.Demonstrate ability to successfully train others, using training techniques appropriate to the situation and the individual.Support 5S activities.Help design fixtures, work cell layout, and tool boards.Provide support for cross functional activities.
