We boldly go.Where is the work:On-Site (5 days) Job DescriptionPosition DescriptionManufacturing and electrical technical support to all areas including troubleshoots issues in electrical test stations, problem solving, working in different projects and tasks.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support continuous improvement efforts by resolving safety, quality, process, and equipment/tooling issues.Provide engineering support for production and work with the Andon escalation.Assist with product changes, transfers, and new product development and integration.Utilize PFMEA’s and Yamazumi’s to identify process improvement opportunities.Assist with development and maintenance of standard of work.Demonstrate ability to successfully train others, using training techniques appropriate to the situation and the individual.Support 5S activities.Help design fixtures, work cell layout, and tool boards.Provide support for cross functional activities. Competent use of the 9-step problem solving process.Participate in product standardization and VAVE analysis activities.Education:High School Diploma or GED preferred or associate’s degree in STEM related field or pursuing Engineering related to STEM.Significant assembly and/or internal supply process knowledge and skills.Certifications:Demonstrated effectiveness in communications with others through a specific opportunity, as determined by department needs.Experience with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, for example) and in use of e-mail.Cad Experience is a Plus.undefined Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $24.97 - $32.01 (minimum to maximum of pay ranges)Disclaimer: This "range" could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, or because of a system the employer uses to measure earnings by quantity or quality of production (so, for example, positions that may not have traditional salary ranges).
