We boldly go.Where is the work:On-Site (5 days) Job DutiesTo reduce scrap and keep machines operational while assisting with training and quality projects.Perform TPMS on equipment.Stock and order needed replacement partsTrain operatorsLog maintenance issuesTrack downtime.QualificationsMust have good knowledge and experience in basic mechanical maintenance, electronics, wiring schemes and electrical work and how they all work together.Must have great knowledge in electrical safety and LOTO experience.Must have excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to be able to read schematics and use a variety of different tools such as a Voltmeter, Hi pot and Calipers.Basic programming skills is preferredStrong soldering skills are a mustNeed to be able to work overtime,Preferred coil equipment experience and knowledge of the systems is preferredPreferred knowledge of Takt Times.Additional training will be appliedAssociates or bachelor’s in mechanical, Electrical or Electronics is a plus.OTHER ASSIGNMENTS AS DIRECTED BY THE LEAD TECH OR MANAGER.
