We boldly go.Where is the work:On-Site (5 days) Job Summary：Responsible for Aftermarket Master Data Management (MDM), including the creation, maintenance, and governance of aftermarket part master data across ERP, PLM, and related systems. This role ensures accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Bills of Material (BOMs), part attributes, and technical documentation to support global aftermarket operations.This role requires the ability to work independently, communicate effectively with internal and external teams across different time zones, understand customer and business needs, provide data-driven solutions, and continuously improve through documentation and standardization.Responsibilities:Create and maintain aftermarket part master data in ERP (Oracle), PLM (Windchill/ TeamCenter), and MDM systems according to engineering specifications and standard work instructions.Review and interpret aftermarket BOMs and supplier documentation to ensure accurate part setup and attribute definition.Perform data validation, error checking, and version control to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for data governance, workflow efficiency, and standardization of part setup procedures.Work independently while keeping project team members and leaders informed of progress and issues.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams located in different time zones. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Engineering fundamental knowledge required.At least 2 years of relevant work experience.CET 4 at least, CET 6 is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft office, especially for Excel.Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in global multiple team environments.Preferred SkillsExperience with Oracle, Windchill, Teamcenter, or other ERP/PLM systems.Experience in master data management, BOM management, or aftermarket data processes.Experience with Excel VBA, Python, or similar automation tools to support data validation, master data maintenance, and reporting.We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
