About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced ICM Rule and Advanced Workflow Developer to support our SAP-based incentive compensation platform. This role plays a critical part in translating compensation plan design into system configuration, ensuring accurate payouts, strong governance, and efficient approval workflows.You will work closely with Sales Operations, HR, Finance, and IT teams to configure calculation rules, build scalable workflows, and support ongoing compensation processing.Roles & responsibilitiesConfigure and maintain complex incentive compensation calculation rules within SAPTranslate plan documents into system logic including rate tables, tiered curves, accelerators, thresholds, caps, and clawbacksDevelop eligibility and crediting rules based on role, hierarchy, territory, and business unitSupport compensation cycles including accruals, adjustments, and final payoutsTroubleshoot calculation discrepancies and perform root cause analysisValidate inbound data from HR, Finance, and operational systemsDesign and configure multi-step approval workflows for plan assignments, exceptions, and manual adjustmentsImplement conditional routing based on business attributes and compensation structuresConfigure automated notifications and escalation triggersEnsure workflows align with internal control and compliance requirementsImprove process efficiency by reducing manual interventionWhat We’re Looking For3 to 6 years of experience working with SAP-based incentive compensation systemsStrong understanding of incentive plan design and payout mechanicsHands-on experience configuring calculation rules and Advanced workflowsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to translate business requirements into scalable system logicExperience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Finance, and IT Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting SAP HR or Finance integrationsFamiliarity with compensation accrual and reconciliation processesBackground in Sales Operations or Compensation OperationsWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
