We boldly go.Where is the work:On-Site (5 days) What will you do:You will support the commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of chiller and HVAC systems. Responsibilities include:• Commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems.• Repairing all types of HVAC equipment.• Conducting customer follow-ups and participating in scheduled meetings.• Coordinating with the Service Coordinator for movement planning and parts requirements.• Leading weekly team meetings on safety, site audits, and backlog status.• Updating the Service Manager and Coordinator with monthly plans.• Attending and handling complaints for all models of chillers and low-side equipment.• Performing timely PPM for chillers according to company SOP.• Conducting RCA for failures and sharing findings with the Quality team and FFL.• Ensuring adherence to Trane’s EHS guidelines.• Handling all customer service requirements professionally.• Generating leads during service visits.• Ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality completion of all service tasks.• Providing daily reports to the office and ASM.• Sharing service reports with the deployer along with parts requirements.• Maintaining a valid driving license for 2-wheeler/4-wheeler.• Ensuring compliance with safety and vehicle audit requirements.• Using MS Office, Internet, and email tools for reporting and documentation.What you will bring: (Skills & Competencies)• Strong technical knowledge of chillers and HVAC systems.• Practical hands-on experience in chiller commissioning, repairs, and services.• Ability to work independently and collaborate with service teams.• Strong customer service and communication skills.• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic internet usage.• Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
