Senior Rental Technician — Job DescriptionA Senior Rental Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing rental HVAC and power equipment for customers. This role supports safe, reliable equipment operation in the field and may also provide technical guidance to customers and less-experienced technicians.Candidates to be circa 45 minutes form RG22 area of Basingstoke.Typical ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and repair rental equipment such as chillers, air conditioners, heaters, and generatorsDiagnose mechanical and electrical issues in the fieldTest equipment to ensure proper performance and readinessComplete service documentation and maintenance recordsSupport customers with technical issues and equipment operationFollow company safety procedures and service standardsAssist with training or mentoring junior technicians when neededCommon QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentTechnical or vocational training preferredSeveral years of HVAC or related field experienceEPA certification for refrigerant handlingStrong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systemsAbility to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentationValid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordPhysical / Work RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to work in outdoor or variable site conditionsFrequent travel to customer locationsFlexibility for overtime, weekends, and possible on-call supportWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
