We boldly go.Where is the work:On-Site (5 days) What's in it for you:Production Trainer to help provide a welcoming and positive experience for the trainee while reinforcing our company’s commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.What you will do:Train employees on various positions throughout the production environment.Work with EHS, HR, and Dojo Team on new hire trainings and orientationsIntroduce new hires to the area and line requirements (discuss PPE requirements, tour of the line explaining top level functions of the line, evacuation plan, QaS, quality policy, MDI elements, Standard Work, JBS’s, job duties, etc.)Ability to provide coaching as neededAdhere to company Core Values and Principles and review with new employeesReview company administration policies and procedures with new employeesReview department specific procedures/expectations with new employeesEnsure a safe working environment at all timesEvaluate trainee performance and enter data electronically.
