In addition, our team provides fully managed Value-Added Services (VAS) solutions to multiple carriers.This role reports into the Director Product and Technology at RealNetworks, a TransUnion company and will form part of a small team of strong but very capable tech team based in Salzburg, Austria.
Role Overview And Core ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure environments (AWS) Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Terragrunt Monitor application performance, system reliability, and infrastructure health Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency Manage containerized environments using Docker Ensure security best practices are integrated into infrastructure and deployment workflows Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response activities Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures Support disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability strategies Required Knowledge And ExperiencesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)Track record years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure EngineeringStrong experience with Linux/Unix systems administrationUnderstanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles; sound understanding of IP/TCP networkingStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsRequired Technical SkillCloud platforms (AWS – Amazon Web Services)CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CIInfrastructure as Code (IaC – Infrastructure as Code) tools such as TerraformContainerization technologies including DockerScripting languages such as Bash, Python; monitoring tools such as Prometheus and GrafanaThe minimum salary for this position, according to the Austrian collective bargaining agreement, is EUR 3,954.00 per month for a full-time employment.
