This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Bring10+ years of experience in enterprise software and web application development.3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.Strong technical background building and supporting modern web applications using technologies such as PHP, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience leading teams responsible for both front-end and back-end application development.Strong understanding of application architecture, system integration, API design, performance optimization, and software development best practices.Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in a fast-paced product development environment.Demonstrated success building, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineering teams.Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance business priorities with technical strategy, platform stability, and long-term engineering goals.Experience delivering complex technical initiatives from planning through production release.
